I experienced the absolute worse customer service at #JenniferConvertibles. Purchased a couch at the Coram location on August 8. I was supposed to get delivery August 17. Waited nearly all day.... no delivery. I called them and that's when they mentioned that the couch was damaged so they will not be delivering it that day. I have never in my life experienced such terrible customer/delivery service from a company! They say a lot about what they can't do instead of saying what they can do. They make it almost impossible for you to receive any bulky item and they make little to no effort to accommodate to the customers needs. If you want anything that needs to be delivered from them, I would advise buying that piece... Read more

I ordered a sofa set and bed set from jennifer in Brooklyn on kingshighway ... first of all they took one month to deliver the partial order and rest of the order i.e. bed sets were not even put in the system ........ the manager there BOB and another sales guy had literally no idea what was going on and always they made a promise and to call me back but they never did .... my wife is pregnant... NEVER NEVER BUY FURNITURE FROM JENNIFER CONVERTIBLES!!! THEY SELL CHEAP FURNITURE AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE ISN'T ANY BETTER !!! It has been 1 month since the couch has been delivered to my appartment. When it arrived it smelt so bad that I had to cover it up and keep my window open. I bought what I was told was "leather" furniture from Jennifer Convertables. I also bought the "warrenty" plan, which is useless. I complained to JC but was only offered the refund of my $200 warrenty after much complaining. I sent a complaint to Consumer Affairs about 6 months ago.
