Me and my wife recently purchased a store demo vanity from Jennifer Convertibles located in Farmingdale, NY. We had to schedule a pick up since the vanity was to large to load in our car. A week later we returned with a rented pick up truck. We went to the front desk and told the receptionist that we were here to pick up the vanity. The receptionist called over the manager and asked regarding the pickup. I ordered bedroom furniture. After not getting it for 4 weeks I called back n was told that delivery came but was damaged n unfortunately they discountinued that model. They refused to give money back I asked me to pick another. I picked another n told it will be delivered on Friday next week. However Wednesday I got a call that they can't deliver this Friday. Finally furniture came but it was wrong color. I refused the delivery. Now they refuse to give me my money back. How can I resolve the problem? They saying it's not their problem you got... We purchased a 3 piece "leather set" from Jennifer Leather on 84th & Broadway in Manhattan in 2008. We also purchased the lamps and coffee tables spending well over $2400. One year later the leather was already peeling. We called Jennifer Convertibles but the purchased plan did not cover peeling leather. They refused to replace the set. Worst of all we were told by the salesperson in the store this set was genuine leather and would last for over 30 years, softening and aging with time. The salesperson straight out lied. Jennifer Convertibles sucks!!! Purchased the grey Bianca queen sleeper sofa and loveseat 2 1/2 years ago. Really only the couch ever gets sat on and the cushions are completely flat and destroyed. Arm is broken on one side of the couch. ***! Add comment

Purchased "procida" 2 piece sectional delivered in january 2011. Having purchased the exact same in 1999 i felt safe replacing it. BIG Mistake, the quality of construction in comparison took a nosedive. The seat cushions most notably pn the sofa bed portion have gone flat, zero support, only way i can sit on it is by using a bed pillow underneath me. Contacted customer service, waste of time. I have never written a bad review before, but I think that customers deserve to know, what to expect. Ok here is my nightmare story and biggest disappointment ever: I have ordered a sofa bed from Jennifer Furniture. We negotiated the date of arrival and I had to take a day off at work, as they were not able to specify the exact (or near) hour- just told me between 10am and 3pm. we have bought a living room set and paid in full and no delivery done and no information of when we will get our living room set and Manager is horrible he would promised at certain time and day but once you call again he would say he cant do it. So unfair that they took the full payment and promise you to deliver and its been 2 months still nothing happen. And the still keep the item on display a say you will get the delivery in 2 weeks though in reality it has been discontinued item already. And there are no help . Read more

This is a long story from day 1, told I was able to pay with a credit card through finance but to find out it had to be debit, then it was delivered and the were problems 3 seats did not work. 4 weeks later the tech cam and said he had to order parts could be 3 more weeks. Then I went and paid the store a visit and the manager called the service dept. and told me that someone would be there in 3 days with the parts to fix it. The 2nd year I had a living room set, the recliner stopped working. I would have to lean back and pull the handle. Then the stain protection warranty would not be honored. I was told to send pictures and if the decided it was warranted they would clean the sofa. That is not what the warranty stated. Jennifer did nothing. I now have a broken sofa with stains, the warranty was $300. Do not buy from this company. Everything looks nice in the showroom, until you purchase, then the nightmares begin.
