Jennifer Convertibles - Jennifer furniture

Awful company! Couch defective upon arrival, tbey sent a technician out to repair, he put a couple of screws in and said it is fine. It is not. We called again and they said the technician repaired it so there is nothing they can do. I am filing a complaint with bbb regarding this matter.
