They don't stand behind their products and either the technicians they send out are lying or the office that gets the complaints, changes the technicians reports. Our sofa was delivered in March.

After 3 months our cushions did not hold their shape. I called Jennifer convertibles and they send out a technician whod said they would recommend more fill be added. A few weeks after the technician came, we got a letter from Jennifer Convertibles that said the technicians found our cushions satisfactory. I complained again and they sent another technician from a different company who said the cushions needed more fill.

Again a few weeks after they sent a letter that the technician found our cushions satisfactory. They do not sell good products.

Too expensive for something that looks 10 years old after 3 months. Shop elsewhere!
